How much are your menus ?

Your investment is going to determine which menu will be available. With so many formats and combinations to choose from, we need to meet with you and ensure we provide a menu or package that will suit  your needs.

 

Our ceremony is outside, what option do we have if it rains ?

With the majority of our couples getting married outside & directly in front of the harbour, should the weather turn, we will be ready and waiting to hold the ceremony inside our venue.

 

Is there sufficient parking for our guests?

With close to 500 FREE parks directly outside the charthouse your guests are also able to leave their cars overnight & without worry with the 24 hour marina security.

 

What is your venue hire ?

Venue hire is dependent on several factors which we help work out for you. These include the type of celebration, number of guests attending, duration, the time of year and day. Other factors are requirements such as linen, entertainment and venue preparation before, during & after your event. Some occasions will or will not require exclusive use of the venue. All of these services determine the investment required.

 

What is your seating capacity?

The Charthouse can cater up to 130 seated and 200 standing. Your celebration is all in one room and the tables are placed to maximize the stunning views & guest conversation.

 

Is entertainment allowed?

We have an entertainment license up to 12am. We have our own In House DJ however you are most welcome to supply your own. Unlike most venues in the Bay, we are not subject to residential noise restrictions so it is great to know you will not be required to turn down the music.

 

Is the Charthouse byo ?

We provide full bar and entertainment services, and we adhere to strict “Sale of Liquor Act” and public broadcasting regulations. This investment from us means there is no need for you to apply for special licensing, hire duty managers, secure extensive chiller space and Hireage of any glassware.

 

Do we need to employ any other staff ?

From meeting & greeting your first guests, and serving your sumptuous meal, to pouring the beverages to quench all those thirsts. We have team members that fill all those roles and yes it is all inclusive of what we do for you.
